We want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all appliances are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box for faster processing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Chefman appliance in its original box, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
